Hey guys! Thanks for stopping by. Today I tried some nail art. I have been seeing and hearing a lot about galaxy nails so I gave it a shot. I used mostly Sally Hansen and Wet n Wild for the design. Enjoy :-)

Welcome ;~) I have a popular brand on the scene of nail apps. Kiss Nail Dress is getting attention from celebs and blogers alike. I have reviewed a design by this brand before (here). I picked these up at my local supermarket for $6.99. You get 28 strips!!! 14 different sizes. The most I have seen sold yet for such a good price.
Kiss Nail Dress had no name for the design just a serial number. This was a hot pink cheetah print with simulated colored rhinestones atop. These are stickers when I applied top coat they fell apart. You do not need nail polish remover for any part of removal. I filed these a little too close at my tips. After about three days of wear I had some peeling and lifting near the tips.
*DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE TOP COAT OF ANY KIND*
My hands are sooo ashy, lmao, sorry. Enjoy

Omg! I am loving nail apps! I picked up a pack of China Glaze's new line in Cherry Blossoms. I am in heaven. I paid around $6 with change at Sally Beauty for 16 sealed real nail polish appliques. China Glaze has about a dozen designs. I also picked a feather style. For a few dollars less than Sally Hansen Salon effects you get a comparable product.
Cherry Blossoms are delicate flowers with brown stems set atop a cream base. To be real nail polish I found these a tiny bit thicker than the Sally Effects. Because of that I was able to just peel these off. It did leave a sticky residue that remover cleaned right up. Application was still a breeze. Peel, stick, smooth and file. Love it. I applied top coat, but it did not add or take anything away from the look. For my accent nails I used China Glaze last season's Poinsettia which is a bright jelly red.
I just take pictures guys, lol. I want you to see the real product in action.

Hello and welcome. Thank you for supporting, reading and following me. Today, I have nail apps. These are Sally Hansen real nail polish strips. They come in over two dozen designs and colors. I purchased mine from Wal-Mart for $8 and change. If you buy them any place else you will pay $9.99 and up. They are $12.99 at CVS, ah yeah right. Do the right thing people. On with the review!
Love Letter is just what its called. Words compose a letter of sorts, who knows what it says, but it looks cool. There are 16 nail polish strips. Eight in two sealed packets. In order to get a bang for my buck I only used one packet. I cut each of the eight strips in half and did two accent nails. I have wide nail beds and short nails, for work. I found application simple and it took less then an hour. I did use top coat to seal, Seche Vite. The TC added shine in addition to the sealing.
Day Three. I crackled my accent nails to spice things up. I got tired of looking at them but could not bring myself to remove them. They still looked sooo good.
Day four. I started peeling them off but to my surprise they didn't move. You need nail polish remover because these are real nail polish. I recommend the foil method. I believe they would last 10 days and I am buying more ;-) Thanks. Enjoy

Welcome! Sally Hansen has done it again with Pacific Blue. I love and have over a dozen Xtreme Wear polishs. The formula was perfect and opique in one coat. I did two because I'm heavy handed, lol. This is a creamy ocean blue.

Welcome. These were part of my Merijer haul. Kiss Dress are nail stickers. They come in over a dozen designs and the cost was under $7 for 28 stickers, yay. I won't go into great detail about application. Match your nail size, peel, stick and file. I did them while sitting on the floor watching TV. That easy. I love them. There are so many brands on the market. Sally Hansen has real nail polish decals 16 for under $9. I don't know why I wanted so long to try these. They're great for on the go and come in salon designs. It's advertised to last for 10 days. As I write this it is day three and they're not going to make it,lol. Tip wear and a little peeling, but overall I'm happy.

Happy 4th of July People!!! I have an Independence mani for you guys. Unfortunately I have to work today but I managed this last night. On with the pics♥
These are all the Sally Hansen Xtreme wear polishes I used. Red Carpet, White On, and Pacific Blue. All but Red Carpet were creams. Pacific was one coat on my accent nails. Red carpet is a great one coat red base jelly packed with tiny red glitter. Heaven. Two coats of White On a creamy white.
I did my stamps using the same polishes as well. I will not go into great detail about my "cheap" nail stamper since I have been meaning to review it, lol. I'm happy with how my nails turned out in such a quick do.

Hi! Sally Hansen out did herself with this beauty. DVD is just what it says. My nails look like the back of a disc. Awesome!
DVD is a purple flaky shimmer. It flashes gold, sliver, blue and the sun reflects like magic. Three coats for this thin formula. Next time I'll use a base color. It was a bit pricey for $6.49. Still a great color.

Hi all. OK, so I know this polish has been out for awhile but Claire's has re-stocked it. I should have just admired it on the shelf. I bought this and an awesome glitter I swatched (here). This polish was just a product fail. On with the review.
New Technopop is a layered polish. Ah, layered while in the bottle that is. From top to bottom the colors are green, pink, blue, and purple. *Do not shake the bottle* Although, the results on the nail are the same shaken or not.
The above pic is two coats of this horrible mess. Once you drag the polish brush, through this mess of an idea, all the colors blend together. What you get is a pink and green shimmer puck bomb, yuck! The blue and purple pretty much get eaten by the other two colors. Thank goodness this was only $2.50, but still to much. Take a pass on this one.

Welcome. For today's post I have another Wet n Wild megalast goody. I Red a Good Book is a bright jelly red with pink undertones. This was two coats with top coat. I love red on my nails. I own a lot of red polish. Unlike most bloggers every red is different in my eyes. This one looks more blood red. The pink keeps it from being to dark.

Welcome. I have Pure Ice today from Wal-Mart at $1.99 each. I have a love hate relationship with Pure Ice brand of polishes. I also "hate" the color pink on my nails and its rare that I find one I like. I didn't like this one or the formula hence the double feature. Here we go...!
Peony looked just like what the name implied. This was three runny baldy coats. Ugh! Gross! This color is nice, if you like pink. This was a barbie pink with sliver shimmer throughout. The camera flash makes it look more neon than it is. It was very muted in tone with great sliver shine.
I just think pink in general is to bright for my skin tone. But, cheers to Pink Wednesday anyway ;-)
Ah...My love side for Pure Ice No Means No. Two coats still was a little spotty but nothing that required a third. I love the name on this one, lol. This is almost how I felt about Pure Ice. I love purple and this has blue shimmer that picked up great in the light. The purple was not to dark not to light a real fun cool color.

Hey loves. Hope everyone had a blessed holiday. Welcome back. For today I have a very cheap find at my local Walgreens. For $2.99 I scored not one but three bottles of really good polish, yay. This promotional for Wet n Wild's new megalast line included On a Trip, Party of Five, and Wild Shine clear nail protector. I also picked up I Red a Good Book, which is an amazing red, pics to come. That set also included, another, bottle of PoF. maybe I'll have a giveaway ;-) Heaven ♥ On with the review.
Wild Shine clear nail protector also doubles as a base coat. Score! Party of Five is a multi-glitter that has been out for some time now. I already own a bottle of this sliver, green, purple, pink, and blue lovely. I'll swatch it at a later date.
On a Trip is a beautiful cream dream of a violet with huge blue undertones. This was opaque in two smooth coats. This is the second polish I have swatched in the megalast line. I did Disturbia (here).
No shimmer or glitter no funky color on this one. Beautiful at work or out on the town. It wasn't at all neon looking, wonderful color. I'll see you again my little pretty, lol.

Hey guys! I have another buy one get one half off from Claire's. I picked this one up and another that was a total fail. Swatches to come. On with the review.
Night Sky has only two types of glitter. Its set in a clear base with powder fine blue glitter with iridescent micro glitter that flashed the colors of the rainbow in any type of light. I believe this was only two coats. Sorry, I was so taken away by the holographic look. I was blown away after one coat, wow. With flash

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all who are interested. For today I have a Sinful Colors Special Edition. Shamrock Shimmers can be found until tomorrow at you local Walgreen's for $1.99 each.
Doesn't the display look beautiful. Shh, I was sneaking this picture.
Irish Green is a lime green jelly formula. I used three coats for these pics, well because it is a jelly they tend to be more translucent. I had a few air bubbles and a fingerprint on my middle and index finger, left hand, other than that I like the color and I'll be seeing this one again this summer.
Prefect name for the occasion.
Here we have Green Ocean. This reminds me of the plastic green grass you'd put in your Easter basket. Green iridescent flake's throughout this lovely. Flashing green and blue this was one coat. The foil stands up on this one and I really had to dab it on my nail. Two heavy coats of Seche to smooth things out.
If you don't have to work today, GET DRUNK Irish or not!!! ♥
Be Safe. Enjoy ♥
