Ok guys. Sorry for the absence. I've been busy in "real" life. But, here is a great black I found at Marshall's of all places. Seven polishes for under $7. Unfortunately, I have no idea what any of these lovelies are named other than what the collection is called. Which is. . . L.A. Colors Shimmer Brights, Limited Edition Series. On to the pics of my first choice. My plan is to swatch all these lovelies by week's end.
L-R: A black flaky shimmer, a royal blue shimmer, a teal shimmer, green shimmer, orange shimmer, pink flaky shimmer, and a purple flaky shimmer.
This was two coats to opaque. A char coal black with gray flakes throughout. Heaven.
I love dark polishes and this one is tops. Enjoy!♥

a couple of weeks ago i was on vacation and drinking.wine. so i stripped my nails down and throw on some clear gilter l.a. colors. you know the dollar store does not print the polish name on the bottle. so sadly the name was lost with the packaging. in the trash.smh.
more wine. . . . this was removed the following sober day.

I visited with my sister Saturday and a girlfriend mentioned teal color polish. I got to thinking that would be hot, right at the end of summer. But, not only did I want to do the color I wanted it to be "over the top" because of the great time I had yesterday and last night *wink* ;~)
At any rate I chose a favorite band, Sally Hansen. Two coats for this teal shimmer. I see why they call it The Real Teal. Micro teal shimmer throughout and the teal is a cool green mint. Um, I feel so fresh.
I topped it with two coats of Teal-y Cool. A Translucent teal base with teal and sliver duo chrome gilter. I was feeling very multidimensional this morning. Very, layered. In a good way.
My accent ( ring fingers) I topped with more sparkle. Because I'm in a really good mood. I used
L.A. Colors, Dollar Store find, and OPI Servin' Up Sparkle
Then I dipped my tips in fine blue gilter. Two top coats of Seche Vite quick dry so I could get on with my day. ♥

Lincoln Park After Dark is the companion to the OPI set I bought from Ulta a few weeks back. I swatched Big Apple Red (here).
L.P.A.D. is a deep deep burgundy. It comes off as a rich brown. Without the dookie, lol.
I love purple and this is so many things even a plum pudding color. Heaven.
In the pics, what you see is what you get. The camera did a good job of showcasing this color. Very true to real life.
Two coats, no problem. Top coat.

My Barry M. haul. Barry M is a London based cosmetics company started nearly thirty years ago. The goal, to bring bold colors to their customers. Shipping took about a week, but it was worth it. Under 3 dollars US currency. Except the Nail Effects that one was under $4 US ;~)
I also picked up this eyeshadow brush that I failed to take a good pic of,smh.
Peach Melba I rocked for this past Pink Wednesday. Heaven.
